Are you looking for a sense of high adventure and excitement? Our Adventure Trips will take you to some of the most beautiful locations in the nation, while teaching proper skills, safety, and various wilderness survival techniques. Each summer, we offer a rotating menu of adventures. Examples of potential Adventure Trips offered at Camp Lincoln include:
Rock Climbing at Tettegouche State Park
Geo-caching at Gooseberry Falls
Sea Kayaking at the Apostle Islands
River Canoe Trip down the Namekagon River
Backpacking Trip at Copper Falls State Park
White-Water Rafting and Kayaking
Canoeing in the Boundary Waters (BWCAW)*
Sailing on Lake Superior*
Hiking at Isle Royale and/or Voyageurs National Park*
*Available to experienced campers: Grade 7 and up.
Trips are available for campers aged 12 and up. Trips longer than one night are only offered to 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-week campers.
Supplemental Charges: Some trips and adventures have subsidized surcharges associated with them. The table below outlines the camper’s portion of a trip’s cost.
