Fishing

Camp Lake Hubert’s location, in the heart of Minnesota’s Lake Country, is known for its fishing. Spring-fed Lake Hubert is renowned for its variety of species, including Sunnies, Crappie, Bluegill, Large and Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, and Catfish. While at Fishing, campers will learn about different kinds of bait and lures, while practicing catch and release. We provide rods, reels, and basic bait. In accordance with Camp Lake Hubert’s safety standards, all campers and staff wear lifejackets while participating in this activity.
