Choose the registration option that works best for you and your family. All weekend registrations include meals, activities, programs, and access to Camp Lake Hubert's 100-Year Celebration events.

WEEKEND REGISTRATION — STAY AT CAMP

The Full Memory Experience

Adults: $550
 Youth Ages 6-17: $300
 Children 5 & Under: Free

Experience the full Hubert 100 weekend — including the opportunity to stay right here at Camp Lake Hubert or Camp Lincoln.

Your registration includes:

  • Two nights of accommodation at Camp Lake Hubert or Camp Lincoln— Friday and Saturday
  • Friday lunch buffet
  • Friday dinner. S'mores and Sing-a-long
  • Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Full access to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday activities
  • Friday & Saturday Social Hour
  • 100-Year Evening Celebration and campfire
  • Sunday Chapel Service
  • Sunday Lazy B

 

Cabin Accommodations

Guests staying at camp will be housed in traditional Camp Lake Hubert or Camp Lincoln cabin accommodation.

Cabin and cabinmate requests will be accepted during registration; however, requests cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

Final cabin placements will be made in August 2027

 

 

WEEKEND REGISTRATION — STAY OFF CAMP

Camp Life by Day, Comfort by Night

Adults: $450
 Youth Ages 6-17: $250
 Children 5 & Under: Free

Enjoy the full celebration weekend while staying at a nearby hotel, resort, cabin, home, or other off-camp accommodation. Guests staying off camp are responsible for arranging and booking their own lodging. 

Your registration includes:

  • Friday lunch buffet
  • Friday dinner, S'mores and Sing-a-long
  • Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Full access to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday activities
  • Friday & Saturday Social Hour
  • 100-Year Evening Celebration and campfire
  • Sunday Lazy B
  • Sunday Chapel Service

Lodging and transportation to and from Camp Lake Hubert are not included.


SATURDAY DAY PASS

Memory Lane for a day

Can't join us for the entire weekend? Come back to Hubert for the centerpiece of our 100-Year Celebration.

Your Saturday registration includes:

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Opens: October 1, 2026
Registration Closes: May 15, 2027

Advance registration is required for all attendees.

On-site accommodations are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cabin and cabinmate requests may be submitted during registration but are not guaranteed. Final cabin placements will be made in August 2027.

Additional information regarding accommodations, activities, transportation, what to bring, and the final weekend schedule will be provided to registered guests prior to the celebration.

Final Information

Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Children under the age of 6 attend free. There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made prior to March 1, 2027. Cancellations made after March 1, 2027 are subject to a $50 per-person cancellation fee. Cancellations made after July 1, 2027 will receive a 50% refund of the registration amount. Cancellations made after August 1, 2027 are non-refundable.

Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times throughout the weekend. To help ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all participants, some activities may have participation requirements or restrictions based on factors such as age, weight, size, or individual ability.

For the safety of all participants, individuals whose judgment, coordination, or ability to safely participate is impaired by alcohol or other substances may not participate in activities.
