  • Flying: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    • All campers flying to MSP should book arrival within this window, and will have space reserved on the camp charter bus from MSP airport to camp.

  • Driving to Camp: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    • If driving to camp, a link to reserve a drop off time will be sent prior to your campers' arrival.

  • Eden Prairie Bus: Arrive by 11:45AM, bus departs 12:00PM

Departure Day (All Travel Methods)

  • Flying: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    • All campers flying out of MSP should book departure in this window and will have space reserved on the charter bus from camp to MSP airport.

  • Driving from Camp: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

    • If you are picking up at camp, a link to reserve a pickup time will be sent prior to your campers departure.

    • Optionally parents/guardians picking up July 11th or August 8th may walk the properties with their camper(s).

Important: Travel outside these windows requires prior approval. We are aware that some cities may not have flights available within this window- please call us for approval of booking outside this window prior to camp.

Camp staff provides supervised, gate-to-gate travel at MSP Airport.

Luggage

Luggage

  • Max: 2 checked bags per camper

  • Weight limit: 50 lbs per bag

  • Any items that your camper may need immediate access to (water bottle, electronics, etc.) should be kept with them during their travels, accessibility to their checked bags will be limited until arrival at camp.

  • Upon arrival and departure at the Minneapolis airport our staff handles your camper's luggage. All luggage (including carry-ons) must have camp blue luggage tags. Camp blue luggage tags are sent out in April.

    • Please ensure your primary address in your CampInTouch account is correct. If for whatever reason you do not receive camp luggage tags- do not worry. You may call our office and we will re-send if time permits. Alternatively, please ensure your campers name and the camp address is labeled on your campers' luggage. We carefully monitor all luggage carousels to ensure no luggage is left behind.

  • While trunks are allowed, we highly recommend duffle bags for ease of travel.

Unaccompanied Minor

Unaccompanied Minor

Most campers flying without a parent will need Unaccompanied Minor service.

  • This is required for many campers under the age of 15 (varies by airline)

  • Unaccompanied Minor fees must be prepaid both ways

  • Note: Separate unaccompanied minor forms are required for arrival and departure
