We refer to our award-winning company as Cote Hospitality. Today, our portfolio includes now only Camp Lincoln for Boys and Camp Lake Hubert for Girls, but a renowned resort destination in northern Minnesota, Grand View Lodge, Spa & Golf Resort, and a celebrated, top workplace property in the Southwest, Tanque Verde Ranch.

While these properties represent the scale of Cote Hospitality today, their existence—and our culture—can be traced back nearly 120 years to the family's overnight summer camps: Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert.
From their inception, these camps have focused on creating exceptional experiences and lasting memories. Long before Enriching Lives became our company vision, it was already embedded in our professional psyche—shaped through the influential relationships camp counselors built with campers year after year.
What Makes Camp Culture Special?

Camp culture is a blend of values, traditions, and experiences. It promotes teamwork, respect, and inclusivity. This environment empowers campers to express themselves freely. Here are some aspects that make camp culture special:
Inclusivity: Camp embraces everyone, regardless of their background.
Friendship: Campers build friendships that last a lifetime.
Personal Growth: Camps encourage self-discovery and confidence.
Nature Connection: Campers engage with the great outdoors.
Traditions: Unique camp rituals strengthen community bonds.
These elements create a strong foundation for personal and social development. Campers learn valuable life skills in a supportive setting. The environment nurtures self-esteem and independence. As a result, campers leave with a greater sense of self and belonging.

Camp as the Foundation of Cote Hospitality
Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert remain the cultural cornerstone of Cote Hospitality. Their commitment to teamwork, creativity, and exploration is reflected not only in camp life, but across our organization.
Parents consistently observe meaningful growth in their children after camp—greater confidence, independence, and self-assurance. These same outcomes guide how we approach leadership development, associate engagement, and guest experience across all Cote Hospitality properties.
We are a hospitality company today because we were a camp organization first.
As families consider overnight summer camps, Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert continue to provide enriching, inclusive experiences where every camper feels valued. Each child is given the opportunity to grow, learn, and form lifelong friendships in a safe and supportive environment.
