We recruit summer camp staff from across the United States and around the world, building a team that's as diverse as it is passionate. What unites them is a shared love for working with children, a commitment to community, and a desire to make a difference.
Some of our counselors bring advanced skills in areas like rock climbing, sailing, and horseback riding. Others come with experience in youth development, education, or childcare.
